FEES AND PAYMENT.
In the webshop you can choose to pay in the store in Lindome if you want to pick up your order there.
If you want to prepay, you can choose our bankgiro 182-6403, Swish to 123 020 25 15
or pay by card via Paypal. If you wish to pay when you pick up your order at your service center,
select cash on delivery (115 SEK). Packages not retrieved are charged with 300 kr plus shipping cost.
The same applies when cancellation not have been made before delivery from us.
At the order price below 300 SEK, an expedition cost of 50 SEK will be added.
All prices include swedish VAT (25%).
Shipping costs apply to orders under 1800 SEK and cover the cost of administration,
packaging and shipping. We apply a fixed shipping cost (95 SEK) on all shipments in
Sweden, in addition to small and bulky / heavy packages. Shipping on letters and small
packages can be refunded up to 50 SEK. Shipping of large or/and heavy packages can
cost extra; max supplement 95 SEK. Cost is specified in order confirmation.
The cost for shipping outside Sweden is calculated according to the weight and size of the package.
Customer is contacted about this additional charge.
PICK UP ORDERED GOODS IN STORE.
If you want to get your goods in the store, please indicate it in your order.
We will contact you when your ordered goods are available for pickup
or if there is any delay. In the shop you can pay in cash, with Swish or card.
Items in stock will be delivered the first business day after order.
Goods from external stock (ext.stock) take 4-7 business days. Tires can take another couple of days.
Should delivery time for some reason be longer, we will contact you as soon as possible.
When ordering products marked "Order item", the estimated delivery time is stated in the order
confirmation, usually about two weeks.
In some cases, we will contact you before we send confirmation.
All items except wear parts have one year warranty (in normal use).
In addition to this, Swedish law for consumer purchases is applicable.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - RECLAMATION.
If you are not satisfied with anything you ordered, please notify us before returning.
Attach receipt (valid as warranty), your phone number and why
you not like/want the product. Change may be made to other goods or refundable.
Of course, the packaging must not be broken. If we caused the return,
you get back the full cost of the goods and the return shipping.
Returns must be packaged well and shipped in the cheapest way.
DAMAGED PACKAGES AND GOODS.
We pack all the goods carefully.
If your package is damaged when you get it, please report it directly to your service senter.
Choose shipping method "Pick up in store" when ordering jobs in workshop.
